The MT310 Mechanical & Electromechanical Equipment Safety Characteristic Comprehensive Tester is an intelligent detection device designed for evaluating the safety performance of industrial equipment. Integrating multi-dimensional detection modules, it enables comprehensive analysis of core indicators including mechanical structure stability, electrical system reliability, and operational status parameters, providing data support for full lifecycle equipment management.
Featuring a modular design architecture, the equipment supports synchronous acquisition of over 20 parameters including AC/DC power systems, mechanical transmission components, and temperature rise characteristics. The high-precision sensor array achieves measurement accuracy within 0.5%, complemented by self-developed dynamic compensation algorithms to effectively eliminate environmental interference. The 7-inch industrial-grade touchscreen with graphical interface allows customizable test process configuration, enabling users to set parameter thresholds and alarm conditions according to specific requirements.
For data management, the built-in 8GB storage with SD card expansion capability automatically archives all test data with timestamp records. The dual-mode USB/Bluetooth interface facilitates data exchange with host computer systems.
