Product Introduction（English）
The WRNR-12 type bimetallic thermometer with electrical contact is a widely used temperature measuring instrument in industrial production fields. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80℃ to 500℃. This thermometer uses a bimetallic strip as the temperature-sensing element. When the temperature changes, the bimetallic strip deforms, causing the pointer to rotate and providing an intuitive display of the temperature.
The WRNR-12 type thermometer is available in various structural forms to meet the installation requirements of different working conditions. With a dial diameter of 100 millimeters, it offers clear readings that are easy for on-site operators to observe. In addition, this thermometer is equipped with an automatic power cut-off and alarm function. When the temperature reaches the preset upper or lower limit, the contact action triggers a relay to achieve automatic control and alarm, ensuring the safety and stability of the production process.
In terms of performance, the WRNR-12 type bimetallic thermometer with electrical contact has an accuracy class of 1.0 or 1.5, a thermal response time of no more than 40 seconds, and a protection rating of IP55. It can operate normally under environmental temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 55℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. 工作原理
