The CM8825N coating thickness gauge is a portable measuring device based on eddy current principle, specifically designed for non-conductive coating thickness detection on non-ferrous metal substrates. Featuring an integrated sensor design, it offers convenient operation and is widely applicable in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, and commodity inspection fields. With a measuring range of 0-1250μm (standard range) and resolution of 0.1μm, it can measure coatings on curved surfaces with minimum radius of convex 3mm/concave 50mm, suitable for paint, plastic and rubber coatings on copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other substrates. Powered by AA batteries, it supports metric/imperial unit conversion and includes practical functions like auto power-off and low voltage indication.

國產(chǎn)CM8825系列涂層測厚儀為一體化傳感器涂層測厚儀，探頭主機一體，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，可單手操作。新研制的探頭頂部由非常耐磨的硬制材料制成，大大延長了使用壽命。
使用磁性傳感器可測量鋼、鐵等鐵磁質(zhì)金屬基體上的非鐵磁性涂層、鍍層，如：油漆、粉末、塑料、橡膠、合成材料、磷化層、鉻、鋅、鉛、鋁、錫、鎘、瓷、琺瑯、氧化層等。使用渦流傳感器可測量銅、鋁、鋅、錫等基體上的琺瑯、橡膠、油漆、塑料層等。廣泛用于制造、金屬加工、化工、商檢等檢測域。
