LJ18A3-5-Z/CY Inductive Proximity Sensor is a high-performance non-contact detection device specifically engineered for industrial automation applications. Operating on electromagnetic induction principles, it reliably detects the presence or movement of metallic objects in challenging environments, effectively enhancing operational efficiency and system safety. The cylindrical housing with 18mm diameter features a compact design compatible with standard mounting fixtures, enabling seamless integration into machinery, conveyor systems, and automated assembly lines.
This sensor excels in interference resistance and environmental adaptability. Equipped with a high-sensitivity induction coil and advanced signal processing circuitry, it achieves precise detection of ferromagnetic metal targets within a 5mm sensing range, delivering rapid response times ≤1ms to meet high-speed production requirements. The brass-nickel plated housing with epoxy resin encapsulation provides IP67 protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in environments with oil contamination, dust, moisture, and temperature fluctuations from -25℃ to +70℃.
