工作原理
當(dāng)壓縮空氣通過節(jié)流孔進(jìn)入后氣室時，膜片在壓力作用下緊貼閥口，使閥門處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。脈沖控制儀發(fā)出電信號后，銜鐵移動使后氣室泄壓，膜片迅速抬起，壓縮空氣通過閥口噴吹，實(shí)現(xiàn)清灰功能。信號結(jié)束后，后氣室重新加壓，膜片復(fù)位關(guān)閉閥門。這一過程響應(yīng)迅速（開啟時間＜0.03秒），噴吹效率高，可有效維持除塵器阻力穩(wěn)定。
The valve operates by directing compressed air through a throttling orifice into the rear chamber, where the diaphragm seals the valve outlet under pressure. Upon receiving an electrical signal from the pulse controller, the armature opens the rear chamber s vent, causing the diaphragm to lift and release a high-speed air pulse for cleaning. After the signal ends, the rear chamber repressurizes to reset the diaphragm. This rapid-action mechanism (opening time <0.03s) ensures efficient dust dislodging while maintaining stable system pressure.
