The MK/MG15 check throttle valve is a widely used flow control element in hydraulic systems. It mainly consists of a valve body, adjusting sleeve, valve core, and spring, and controls the flow of hydraulic oil by adjusting the cross-sectional area of the throttle port.
Working Principle:

When hydraulic oil flows into the valve in the throttling direction, the pressure oil and spring press the valve core against the valve seat to form a throttle port. The hydraulic oil flows through the throttle port between the valve body and the adjusting sleeve. Users can rotate the adjusting sleeve to adjust the cross-sectional area of the throttle port steplessly, thereby achieving precise flow control.

In the opposite direction, the hydraulic oil acts on the conical surface of the valve core, opening the valve port and allowing the hydraulic oil to flow through the check valve without throttling. At the same time, part of the hydraulic oil flows through the annular groove, which can clean the throttle port and remove deposits.
